Formed by Katy Marchant (bagpipes, recorder, whistle and mask-maker) and Dhevdhas Nair (percussion, dulcimer/santur) to play mostly medieval music, often conjuring the appearance of fantastical creatures inspired by medieval iconography - devils, dragon, unicorn, woodwose, fool & bear etc. - portrayed by acrobatic masked and costumed dancers.
